Equipment

• 1 Paper plate
• Tissue paper circles
• Ribbon
• Crayons and paint to decorate

Method

• Turn the plate upside down and decorate
• Once dry, pierce a hole on both sides on the plate
• Thread a piece of ribbon through each side placing a knot at the end so the ribbon cannot be pulled through the hole.
• Stick some tissue paper flowers to the underside of the plate at the front of the bonnet.
• Place the finished bonnet on the childs head. Tie the ribbon in a bow under their chin to keep the hat in place
