The simple format of Magic Triangles allows young children to work without adult supervision whilst they learn, memorise and check the addition and subtraction facts for the numbers 1 to 10.

The colourful illustrated side of the card shows a number from 1 to 10 at the top of the triangle and two numbers that make up that number at the bottom. Children can add the bottom two numbers to see the answer and similarly subtract one of the bottom numbers from the top number to see the subtraction answer. The reverse of each card shows the same sums written down with a space for the child to complete the missing part of the sum.

Cards are 13.5cm x 13.5cm with a dry wipe surface and each number is colour coded for easy recognition.
