This pack of 4 "spikey" sensory balls can not only be used for sensory therapy but can also be used for self massage. The smaller of the two pairs of balls (5cm) is also suitable for various gripping exercises. We provide 2 of each size (5cm and 9cm) so that they can be used by both hands simultaneously, or used for balance.
